Can we buy tickets to the parks ?
Yes, the events desk / concierge can advise on rates and supply tickets
Where is the closest place to buy some grocery supplies?
There is a Publix supermarket just down the road, and a 24Hr super Wallmart close by in Davenport where you can stock up on all you need.
Can I buy small quantities of the essentials at the resort, rather than the big packs in the supermarkets?
Yes. The market place store on site carries single rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap and single garbage bags.
Do I need to take my own towels.
No, all towels are supplied, we do however ask that you do not leave your towels down by the pool, as the staff will not know that they are yours, and you could be cahrged for the shortage when you leave.
I dont fancy doing the cooking, what are the options?
Both the Tradewinds and Mambos grill are on site,you can eat there or there is a good room service. The resort is also located near many local restaurants who also offer delivery or pickup services. Applebeys restaurant, less than 5 mins drive, is close by and receives good reviews for a meal out, also ten mins drive takes you to Kissimmee and the 192 highway which has hundreds of restaurants.
We've got a long journey, can you arrange for some basics to be there when we arrive?
Yes, we can arrange for some essentials to already be there waiting for. Ask us for details of contents and prices.
I might not arrive at the resort to check in until late in the evening - is this a problem?
No, dont worry. Reception is open 24hrs, so it doesn't matter if you get there later than you expected.
Just give us an idea of what time you think you'll arrive when making your booking.

We have tickets for a shuttle launch -can someone help with checking it is still going ahead?
Yes, the concierge desk near reception should be able to help with this and a host of other queries or you can keep up to date on the internet.
Do we need to get a key fom you in advance?
No, check in at the Clubhouse, just like at any other hotel.
Are there any charges for electricity, pool heating, A/C etc?
No, our prices are all inclusive and include local sales tax too.
What happens if we have a problem with an appliance during our stay?
Just call reception as soon as it happens, and a service man will come straight over and attend to it.
The condo was furnished from new circa April 2005, so problems dont happen very often.
There will be lots of things you will want to know whilst on holiday that I can't think of here, but don't worry, either ask us before you go our simply ask at the check in desk or the hospitality desk in the reception building.
