  • Our nightly rates vary between US$80 - $113 (currently £54 -£73) , for the whole condo, including 16% Florida sales tax.  Email us for total price for your desired dates and we will reply immediately. Prices in other currencies, including euros, available on request. Because we are based in England, and all our costs are in US Dollars, the rate in GBP varies a bit depaending on the exchange rate. We will guarantee the prices you see abov, are maximum rates and are usually lower in £££'s when quoted, so please  email us now.

You can check in and out on ANY day of the week, and stay for ANY number of nights you wish.

 
  • There is a one time, departure clean fee of $65 + tax  payable locally, at the resort, at check in.
  • (For UK guests info: - this equates to about £44 - At certain times of the year we will waive this charge for stays over 10 days.)
  • Additional mid stay cleans can be arranged  - if you wish - once you have checked in. A small fee is payable for this service, again payable directly to the Resort management.

 Why book direct with Owners? 
  1. If you book with a tour operator, or direct with the resort, you won't know what apartment you've been allocated until you check in.
  2. Some Operators will make you pay the whole balance at time of booking
  3. Our prices are cheaper -we only have to pay the taxes, and the resort management to look after you - not a whole bunch of staff & overheads.
  4. We can't go broke like many of the tour operators. (Travelocity etc) 3 more so far in 2010
  5. We listen to all your comments, good or bad and do something about it immediately!
